When we started BOS in 1984, our focus was on providing credit services. The company was then known as Credit Concept.
Helping distributors and manufacturers find the right retailers is still an essential part of what we do, but it’s only one of the many challenges you face when expanding your brand into uncharted waters.
Over time, we realized that manufacturers and exporters needed more. If you can avoid the usual overhead costs when entering a new market, your chances of success double or triple. We developed and introduced a turnkey back office system to provide our clients with their own branded Customer Service team.
